BIFF OFFSCREEN: IN FRACTIONS

Saturday October 8 @ Duende // Silo City

An immersive audiovisual performance featuring guitarist and steel guitarist Jacob Brockway, Tristan Tims on drum machine, and Brian Milbrand on synthesizers and video. The music moves through the organic and the electronic, with guitar and steel guitar colliding with sequenced rhythms and synthesizer textures. Their live video work extends that tension into the visual realm. Expansive landscapes dissolve into digital artifacts; 3D models of natural forms glitch and distort; and fields of color and geometric shapes emerge from frequency oscillations, fractalized through feedback.
