“The Wayfarer”

Albert, an old enamel factory worker, always wanted to travel but hadn’t yet. Today he decided to retire. Today is the day when everything is supposed to happen. He will finally see the WORLD. But things start going wrong and taking unexpected turns.

With her 40th birthday looming, a single, working-class woman must decide whether to freeze her eggs.

Two broken strangers wrestling with their queer identities meet on the subway just after midnight. A poignant, poetic journey through the past few hours of their night reveals how they got here, and what broke them.

One evening at an elegant cocktail lounge, a frustrated writer impulsively breaks a self-imposed rule and decides to have a third martini. Moments later, he is joined by a mysterious woman who drifts over from the next booth, looking for a good listener—played by Wendy Robie.

Following a period of chronic depression, Adam has been suddenly struck with an all-consuming belief that he is becoming a superhero. Baffled by this growing delusion, Adams partner, Molly, convinces him to accompany her to see a couples therapist.
