The Donut Dollies

Norm Anderson (Dir), 97 minutes, NY Premiere, USA

Director Norm Anderson follows his mother Dorset as she reunites with the Red Cross Donut Dollies 47 years later in Vietnam. Sent to war in 1968, these idealistic young women embraced their mission - to cheer up the GIs with energy, creativity, compassion and resolve – but they had no idea what they were getting into.
