A young indentured Chinese prostitute (Ying Yue Joyce Chong) must overcome her toxic dependency on the brothel madam (Cici Lau) on the eve of the 1885 anti-Chinese riot.

Ben wakes up in the morning and explores his house. A self-taped video on a laptop found by Ben in a dishwasher reminds him of what happened to him and who he is. Later, a phone call from Ben’s son who is in great danger helps Ben to connect himself with who he is, and his family again.

A young boy named Alec forms unlikely relationship with a reclusive beekeeper, Simon. After destroying a piece of the keeper’s property and staining the man’s reputation in the process, Alec realizes that he needs to repair the damage he has caused.
